The contact of microorganism with these excreta in an aqueous medium is accomplished by culturing the microorganism in the aqueous medium containing excreta in  a continuous mode.

Oxygen is required by microorganisms/bacteria residents in the water to break down the pollutants. The bubble size is 1 to 1.25 mm to give you very high SOTE
